Installation Procedure

  1. Install the ashtray housing to the lower IP trim panel.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the screws holding the ashtray housing to the rear of the IP lower trim panel. Tighten the ashtray housing screws to 2 N.m (18 lbs in).

  3. Connect the ashtray lamp wiring harness to the ashtray housing.

  4. Install the lower IP trim panel. Refer to IP Trim Panel Replacement - Lower .

  5. Insert the ashtray to the IP by depressing the tab and sliding the ashtray forward.
