Fuel Filler Tube: Installation

1. Position fuel filler tube to vehicle. Connect filler hose to fuel tank. Tighten fuel filler tube hose clamp to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
2. Connect filler vent tube to EVAP hose. See FUEL LINE DISCONNECT FITTINGS  . Install fuel filler tube brace bolt. Tighten fuel filler tube brace bolt to specification.
3. Position right rear fascia extension to vehicle. Install push-in retainers that secure rear fascia extension to vehicle. Install screws that secure rear fascia extension to vehicle. Tighten screws to specification.
4. Install right tire and wheel assembly. Align locating mark of tire and wheel to the hub. Install wheel lug nuts. Tighten lug nuts in a crisscross pattern to specification. Lower the vehicle. Install bolts securing fuel filler tube to body. Tighten fuel filler tube bolts to specification. Add fuel to fuel tank. Inspect for fuel leaks. Install fuel filler cap.
