Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE REAR DOOR  or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR  .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the lock switch.
  3. Use a flat bladed tool to disengage the locking tabs (1) from both sides of the switch.
  4. Remove the lock switch.
