Installation Procedure

  1. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the vehicle.
  2. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the rear of the upper track.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - RIGHT SIDE FRONT .
  5. Install the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding - Rear Side Door Upper Track .
  6. Install the sliding side door upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Sliding Door .
  7. Install the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Roller Bracket Cover Replace - Sliding Door Upper .
