Installation Procedure

- Install the hinge to the vehicle.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the bolts (1) in order to secure the hinge to the motor compartment.
Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install the hood using the marks scribed during removal. Refer to HOOD REPLACEMENT .
- Install the fender. Refer to FENDER REPLACEMENT - FRONT .
- Close the hood and inspect for fit.
- Adjust the hood as necessary. Refer to HOOD ADJUSTMENT .
