Installation Procedure

  1. Install new side inflator module wiring harness (3) to seat frame.
  2. Install the wiring harness clips to retain the side inflator module wiring harness (3) to seat frame.
  3. Install the inflatable restraint side impact inflator module (2) to seat (1). Refer to Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module Replacement - Front .
  4. Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 7  or SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 9 .
