Removal Procedure

    IMPORTANT: DO NOT separate the upper intake manifold from the lower intake manifold.
  1. Remove the upper intake manifold with the lower intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement - Lower in Engine Mechanical - 3.6L (LY7).
  2. Remove the intake manifold runner control solenoid bolts.
  3. Remove the intake manifold runner control solenoid.
