Installation Procedure

Ensure that the axial tolerance of the power steering pulley on the power steering pump is within 0.25 mm (0.010 in).
Install the drive belt. Refer to one of the following procedures:
- Drive Belt Replacement - Power Steering and Air Conditioning in Engine Mechanical - 2.8L (LP1)
- Drive Belt Replacement - Power Steering and Air Conditioning in Engine Mechanical - 3.6L (LY7)
- Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory in Engine Mechanical - 5.7L
Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to one of the following procedures:
- Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 2.8L
- Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.6L (LY7)
- Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 5.7L
