Removal Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Rear Wheel Steering - Lifting And Jacking Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
    2. Fig 1: View Of Steering Gear Protection Shield, Retaining Bolts & Drain Plug

  2. Remove the bolts (3) retaining the steering gear protection shield to the steering gear.
  3. Remove the steering gear protection shield from the vehicle.
