Circuit/System Verification

Verify that the following DTCs are not set: P0101, P0117, P0118, P0119.
- If any of the DTCs are set, refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
Inspect the engine coolant level. Verify that the cooling system is operating correctly.
- If you suspect a condition with the engine cooling system, refer to Symptoms - Engine Cooling .
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records. DTC P0116 should not set.
