Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the yaw rate sensor bolts (2).
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
Connect the yaw rate sensor electrical connector.
Install the HVAC Control Module. Refer to HVAC Control Module Replacement in HVAC Systems - Automatic.
Install the IP accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, engine off.
Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle in Vehicle DTC Information.
