Installation Procedure

    IMPORTANT:
    • Inspect the MAP sensor seal (715) for damage. Replace the seal if necessary.
    • Lightly coat the MAP sensor seal with clean engine oil before installing the sensor.
  1. Install the MAP sensor (714). Push down the sensor in order to engage the retainer.
  2. Connect the MAP sensor harness connector.
  3. Install the engine sight shield. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement .
