Radiator Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
  2. Remove surge tank hose/pipe. Refer to Surge Tank Hose/Pipe Replacement - Inlet .
  3. Remove radiator hose inlet. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement .
  4. Remove radiator hose outlet. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement .
  5. Remove cooling fan and shroud. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement .
  6. Remove engine oil cooler pipe/hose quick connect. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting .
  7. Remove transmission oil cooler lines. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement .
1 Bolts, Radiator (Qty: 2)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  25 N.m (18 lb ft)
