Radiator Replacement (Non HP2)

Radiator Replacement (Non HP2)

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) .
  2. Remove surge tank hose/pipe. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose/Pipe Replacement (Non-HP2) , Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose/Pipe Replacement (HP2) .
  3. Remove radiator hose inlet. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (Non-HP2) , Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (HP2) .
  4. Remove radiator hose outlet. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (Non-HP2) , Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (HP2) .
  5. Remove cooling fan and shroud. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement (Non-HP2) , Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement (HP2) .
  6. Remove engine oil cooler pipe/hose quick connect. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  7. Remove transmission oil cooler lines. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement .
1 Radiator Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
