Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Position the radiator support in the correct relationship to the fan shroud.
  1. Install the radiator support.

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the radiator support bolts and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  3. Connect the surge tank inlet hose assembly to the radiator support tabs.

  4. Connect the MAF sensor wire (1) to the radiator support retainer clip.
  5. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
