Installation Procedure

  1. Install a NEW exhaust seal (3).
  2. Raise the front of the intermediate exhaust pipe (1).
    3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the left and right exhaust manifold nuts (2) and tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  4. Install the exhaust pipe hanger lower bolts (3) and tighten to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
  5. Lower the vehicle.
