Installation Procedure

  1. Install the auxiliary battery negative cable to the vehicle.

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Position the auxiliary battery negative cable ground terminal to the left cylinder head and install the bolt and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
  3. Connect the auxiliary battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With Single Battery) , Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With Auxiliary Battery)  or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With Dual Batteries) .
