Removal Procedure
- Remove the fuel injection sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (LLT) .
- Remove the high pressure pump shield. Refer to Fuel Pipe Shield Replacement .
- Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief (High Pressure Pump) .
- Remove the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
- Loosen the fuel rail crossover pipe (1) fitting to the right fuel rail (2).
- Loosen the fuel rail crossover pipe (1) fitting to the right fuel rail (3).
- Remove the fuel rail crossover pipe (1) from the vehicle. Discard the pipe.
