Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Coupe) , Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Sedan,Wagon) . Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement . Remove the radiator fan assembly. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LSA) , Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LF1, LLT,LFW or LFX) Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
1	Generator Battery Terminal Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Fastener Tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
3	Fastener Tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
4	Fastener Tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
5	Fastener Tighten 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
6	Generator Procedure Remove the power steering pressure hose to generator bolt. Disconnect the generator harness connector. Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
