Installation Procedure

Position the wiper transmission to the wiper motor module assembly.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the wiper transmission screws.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Using the J 39529 , connect the wiper transmission to the wiper motor crank arm.
Install the wiper drive system module. Refer to Wiper Drive System Module Replacement .
Install the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
Install the wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement .
