Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

1. Raise the window to the fully up position, tape in place to the upper door frame.
2. Remove the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Replacement .

Procedure

1. Remove the rear side door water deflector.
2. Loosen the window regulator guide nuts.
3. Connect the door trim panel electrical and lower regulator away from window.

Procedure

1. The window regulator guides must be raised to meet the window before installing the window regulator guides bolts.
2. It is necessary to reprogram the window. Refer to Control Module References .
3. Inspect the regulator for proper operation before installing the door trim.
