Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel feed front pipe (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the fuel feed front pipe (1) to the retainers (2).
  3. Connect the fuel feed front pipe (1) to the fuel feed hose. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Install the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement .
  5. Lower the vehicle.

  6. Connect the fuel feed front pipe (1) to the fuel rail. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  7. Clip the feed pipe into the 3 retainers.
  8. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
