Installation Procedure

Install the NEW O-ring seal (2)

Install the camshaft position sensor (1) into the engine front cover.
Position the camshaft position sensor bracket and sensor wiring harness (1) in place.

Connect the oil pump flow control valve connector (1), camshaft position actuator solenoid connector (2), camshaft position sensor connector (3) and the engine wiring harness connector (4).

Install the camshaft position sensor bracket fasteners (1) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
