Preliminary Procedure Remove the intake manifold cover. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement Remove the plenum front panel. Plenum Front Panel Replacement Remove the outer fuel pump insulator. Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement (Inner) Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement (Outer) Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum pump. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
1	Vacuum Pump Fasteners (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Vacuum Pump
3	Vacuum Pump Gasket NOTE: Inspect the gasket and replace if necessary.
