Installation Procedure

  1. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Assembly (1)» Install

  2. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Bolt (1)» Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  3. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Bolt (1)» Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  5. Brake Pipe Fitting (Right Rear) (1)» Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)

  10. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Brake Pipe Fitting (1)» Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)

  11. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Brake Pipe Fitting (1)» Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)

  12. Connect the EBCM electrical connector.
  13. Bleed the brake system. Refer to Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed
  14. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket» Install - Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement
  15. Program the EBCM. Refer to Control Module References
  16. Center the steering angle sensor. Refer to Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering
