Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

1. It is only necessary to lower the headliner. Only perform the steps in the headliner replacement procedure that will lower the headliner enough to gain access to the part. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (With C3U)
2. Remove Sunroof Window. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement 
3. Remove Roof Stationary Window. Refer to Roof Stationary Window Replacement 
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
5. Do not remove the drain hoses from the vehicle, disconnect the drain hoses from all corners of the sunroof frame spigot only. Refer to Sunroof Housing Front Drain Hose Replacement (Passenger Side) Sunroof Housing Front Drain Hose Replacement (Driver Side) , and Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement (Driver Side) Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement (Passenger Side) 

Procedure

1. With aid of assistant, remove the sunroof housing from the vehicle and place it on a clean dry prepared surface.
2. Transfer components as necessary.
3. Water test and inspect sunroof for proper operation.
