Preliminary Procedures Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief . Remove the fuel pipe shield. Refer to Fuel Pipe Shield Replacement (LF3) . Disconnect the fuel feed line quick connect. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
1	Fuel Feed Pipe Fitting (Qty: 1) CAUTION: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution . Tighten 28 N.m (21 lb ft)
2	Fuel Feed Pipe Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
3	Fuel Feed Pipe Procedure Unclip the electrical harness from the feed pipe bracket. DISCARD the pipe when removed, and install a NEW pipe. Ensure that the high pressure fuel pipe, and fuel pump fittings are clean and dry prior to assembly. Pressure up the fuel system and check for leaks.
