Preliminary Procedures

Remove as much power steering fluid from the power steering fluid reservoir as possible.
Remove Front Bumper Fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

Power Steering Fluid Cooler

CAUTION:

Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

Procedure

Release the power steering fluid cooler from the plastic clip and disconnect the power steering hoses from the cooler.
Connect the power steering hoses to the power steering fluid cooler and secure the cooler in the plastic clip.
Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding

Tighten
34 N.m (25 lb ft)
