Installation Procedure
Battery Positive Cable (2) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Power Distributor Fuse Block Cover (1) - Install
Retainer (1) - Engage [9x]
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Retainer (2) - Engage [5x]
- Secure the clips. (2) [3x]
Secure the clips. (1) [4x]
- Install the auxiliary A/C evaporator tube bracket fastener. (3) Tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Retainer (2) - Engage [3x]
Retainer (1) - Engage [6x]
- Feed the battery positive cable through rear compartment opening.
Fuel Tank (1) - Install - Fuel Tank Replacement (HP9)
Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield - Left Side (3) - Install - Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Left Side, LTG)
- Lower the vehicle.
Rubber Grommet (3) - Install
- Retainer (1) - Engage [5x]
- Retainer Clip (2) - Engage
Battery Positive Cable (2) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Retainer (3) - Engage
Battery Distribution Fuse Block Cover (3) - Install
- Battery Distribution Fuse Block Cover Retainer (1) - Engage [2x]
- Battery Distribution Fuse Block Cover Fastener (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Compartment Tray (2) - Remove - Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Compartment Tray Replacement (With HP9)
- Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution
