Installation Procedure

  1. Align the mode control cams as necessary. Mode Control Cam Alignment 
  2. Connect the electrical connector.

    Heater and Air Conditioning Mode Control Cam Cover (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Heater and Air Conditioning Mode Control Cam Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 2.0 N.m (18 lb in) [4x]

    Instrument Panel Compartment (2) - Install - Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement

  6. Perform the actuator calibration procedure. Actuator Recalibration 
  7. Clear the DTCs from the heater and air conditioning remote control module.
