Installation Procedure
- If replacing hose then transfer the fuel tank pressure sensor. Refer to Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Replacement .
Install the fuel tank vent hose (4) to the EVAP emission canister. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
- Install the fuel tank vent hose (4) to the retainers (3).
- Install the fuel tank vent hose (4) to the fuel tank filler pipe (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
- Install NEW tie straps (1) to attach the fuel tank vent hose to the fuel tank filler pipe.
- Connect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector.
- Install the right rear wheelhouse panel liner. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
Connect the fuel tank vent hose (1) to the fuel tank vent valve hose. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
- Lower the vehicle.
