Installation Procedure

    Battery(3) - Install

  2. Battery Hold Down Retainer(2) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  3. Battery Hold Down Bolt(1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Battery Hold Down Retainer(4) - Install

  5. Install the engine control module bracket along with the engine control module to the battery tray. Engine Control Module Bracket Replacement
  6. Battery Hold Down Retainer Nut(1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  7. Battery Hold Down Retainer Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  8. Retainer(3) - Engage

    Fuse Block(1) - Install - Fuse Block Replacement

  10. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
