Installation Procedure

    Generator (5) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Generator Mounting Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
  3. Generator Mounting Stud (4) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  4. Generator Mounting Nut (2) - Install and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
  5. Wiring Harness Retainer (3) - Engage

    Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

    Generator Battery Jumper Cable (2) - Install

  8. Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) @ Generator - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)

    Engine Front Splash Rear Shield (3) - Install - Engine Front Splash Rear Shield Replacement

    Fan and Generator Belt (1) - Install - Fan and Generator Belt Replacement

    Heater Coolant Pump (1) - Install - Heater Coolant Pump Replacement (LGW)

    Radiator Inlet Hose (2) - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGW)

  13. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
