Circuit/System Verification
- Ignition On/Vehicle in Service Mode.
- Verify the trunk lid will release and smoothly power open and close when commanding Liftgate Open/Close with a scan tool.
- If the trunk lid releases but performs an erratic power open/close motion
Refer to Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the trunk lid does smoothly power open and close
- If the trunk lid releases but performs an erratic power open/close motion
- All OK.
