Removal Procedure

  1. Extend the steering column to the fully telescoped position.
  2. GM4918949

    Release the retaining tabs on the steering column upper trim cover (1).

  3. Reposition the steering column upper trim cover to allow access to the camera and electrical connector.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  5. GM4918955

    Release the retaining tabs.

  6. Remove the driver monitoring system camera (1).
