Installation Procedure

  1. GM4245827

    Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Assembly (1) - Install

  2. GM4245826
    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  3. GM4245825

    Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  4. GM4245824

    Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  5. GM4245823

    Right Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)

  6. GM4245821

    Left Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)

  7. GM4245820

    Right Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)

  8. GM4245819

    Left Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)

  9. GM4245818

    Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)

  10. GM4245817

    Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)

  11. Connect the EBCM electrical connector.
  12. Bleed the brake system. Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed 
  13. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement (LGX)Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement (LTA-Driver Side)Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement (LTA-Passenger Side)
  14. Program the EBCM. Control Module References
  15. Center the steering angle sensor. Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering (without UKL) Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering (with UKL)
