Installation Procedure

    Electronic Brake Control Module (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Electronic Brake Control Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 3 N.m (27 lb in)

    Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install - Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement (LGX)Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement (LTA)

  4. Connect the EBCM electrical connector.

    NOTE:

    Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Chassis Front Wiring Harness (2) - Install

  6. Chassis Front Wiring Harness Clip Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  7. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement (LGX)Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement (LTA-Driver Side)Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement (LTA-Passenger Side)
  8. Bleed the brake system. Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed 
  9. Program the EBCM. Control Module References
  10. Center the steering angle sensor. Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering (without UKL) Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering (with UKL)
