Preliminary Procedure
Remove the appropriate front side door latch:

Front Side Door Latch Replacement - Left Side (With NWM) , or Front Side Door Latch Replacement - Left Side (Without NWM)
Front Side Door Latch Replacement - Right Side

Front Side Door Inside Handle Cable

Procedure

Using the appropriate tool, release the retaining tab from the back side of the front side door inside handle cable.
Remove the cable from the front side door latch release lever.
Ensure the front side door inside handle cable retaining tab is fully seated before installing the latch.
