Installation Procedure

- Front Axle (1) - Install
- Front Differential Carrier Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 100 N.m (74 lb ft)
- Front Differential Carrier Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 110 N.m (81 lb ft)
- Front Differential Carrier Bolt (1) - Install and tighten110 N.m (81 lb ft)
- Connect the front axle vent hose (1) from the front axle vent hose connector.
- Remove the transmission jack.
- Install the wire harness for the front drive axle actuator on the differential carrier assembly.
- Install the electrical connector to the front drive axle actuator.
- Install the wheel drive shafts to the front inner axle shafts. Front Wheel Drive Half Shaft Replacement - Right Side , Front Wheel Drive Half Shaft Replacement - Left Side
- Front Axle Propeller Shaft @ Front Axle - Install - Front Axle Propeller Shaft Replacement
- Fill the front axle. Front Axle Lubricant Replacement .
- Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Front Crossmember - Install - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Front Crossmember Replacement
- Underbody Skid Shield - Install - Underbody Skid Shield Replacement .
- Lower the vehicle.
