Removal Procedure

    Using the appropriate trim tool, remove both windshield wiper arm finish caps (1) from the windshield wiper arms (3).

  2. Windshield Wiper Arm Nut (2) - Remove [2x]
  3. Using the appropriate tool, remove both windshield wiper arms (3).

    Rotate the antenna counterclockwise to release the radio antenna (1) from the antenna base.

  5. Radio Antenna (1) - Remove

    NOTE:

    Quantity of retainers may vary based on option content.

    Apply two layers of masking tape to the painted surface around the top edge of the air inlet grille panel extension (1) to prevent paint damage.

  7. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, carefully release the air inlet grille panel extension clips.
  8. Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension- Right Side (1) - Remove

    NOTE:

    Quantity of retainers may vary based on option content.

    Apply two layers of masking tape to the painted surface around the top edge of the air inlet grille panel extension (1) to prevent paint damage.

  10. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, carefully release the air inlet grille panel extension clips.
  11. Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension- Left Side (1) - Remove

    Hood Rear Outer Air Inlet Seal Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]

  13. Hood Rear Outer Air Inlet Seal (2) - Remove [2x]

    NOTE:

    Quantity of retainers may vary based on option content.

    Air Inlet Grille Panel Retainer (1) - Remove [8x]

  15. Disconnect the windshield washer nozzle hose from the windshield washer pump hose.
  16. Lift the front edge of the air inlet grille panel (2) and slide the panel forward from both hood hinges to remove.
