Installation Procedure

  1. GM5398919
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

    Engine Oil Pressure Sensor (1) - Install - Fastener Specifications

  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. GM5398967

    Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Install

  4. Connect the electrical connector.
  5. GM5398955

    Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  6. Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Tube (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
    7. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  7. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (1) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  8. GM5432174

    Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

  9. GM5432171

    Push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (2).

    10. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  10. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  11. Install the oil fill cap.
