Installation Procedure
Electronic Brake Control Module with Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Assembly (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 11 N.m (97 lb in)
Left Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Right Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Right Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten - Front Brake Pipe Replacement - Right Side (Without JEO) , or Front Brake Pipe Replacement - Right Side (With JEO)
Left Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten - Front Brake Pipe Replacement - Left Side (Without JEO) , or Front Brake Pipe Replacement - Left Side (With JEO)
- Connect the EBCM electrical connector.
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Master Cylinder Reservoir Rear Pipe - Install - Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Master Cylinder Reservoir Rear Pipe Replacement
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Master Cylinder Reservoir Front Pipe - Install - Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Master Cylinder Reservoir Front Pipe Replacement
- Reposition and install the radiator surge tank. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX) , or Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LSY)
- Bleed the brake system. Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed
- Program the EBCM. Control Module References
- Center the steering angle sensor. Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering
