Installation Procedure

    Image Processing Module (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Active Safety Control Module Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  3. Connect the electrical connectors.

    Connect the electrical connectors.

  5. Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel- Left Side (1) - Install

    Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Compartment Retainer (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connectors. (1)

    Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Trim Compartment (1) - Install

    Load Floor Stowage Compartment Cover Retainer (1) - Install [6x]

    NOTE:

    The load floor stowage compartment cover (1) is retained by two integral hooks attaching it to the rear compartment floor stowage compartment tray.

    Cargo Tie Down Loop (2) - Install [2x]

  16. If a NEW threaded component is being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded component is reused, prepare the threaded component using the following steps:
    1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the component using a lint free cloth.
    2. Thread the cleaned component into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive.
    3. Remove loose debris from internal and external threads using compressed air.
    4. Apply liquid thread locking adhesive in a strip along half of the length of the external threads, starting at the tip, just prior to installation. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
  17. Cargo Tie Down Loop Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connector.

  19. Ensure the seat belt webbing does not become trapped during installation.
  20. Feed the seat belt through the quarter window trim finish panel (3).
  21. Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel (3) - Install
  22. Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  23. Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt Cap (1) - Install [2x]

    Luggage Shade (1) - Install

  25. Fold the rear seat to the full upward position.

    Rear Seat Belt Anchor Plate Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  27. Install the rear floor panel carpet.

    Rear Side Door Sill Garnish Molding- Left Side (1) - Install

  29. Perform the necessary programming and setup procedure: Control Module References .
