Circuit/System Verification

Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
Verify the scan tool parameter:
Battery Charger Coupler Lock Command & Battery Charger Coupler Lock display the same state.
- If not the specified state
  Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the specified state
Verify the scan tool parameter: Battery Charger Coupler Lock Command & Battery Charger Coupler Lock = The parameter value should not change
Perform the action while monitoring the parameter:
- Wiggle the harness and connector(s):X2 @ X98 Battery Charger Coupler
- Wiggle the harness and connector(s):X2 @ K16 Battery Energy Control Module
- If the parameter value changes
  Repair as necessary - Wiring/Terminal(s)/Electrical Connector(s)
- Go to next step: If the parameter value does not change
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify that no DTCs are set.
- If any of the DTCs are set
  Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set
All OK.
