Installation Procedure

    Battery Charger (3) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 
  3. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connector. (1)

    Wiring Harness Terminal (3) - Install

  6. Position the wiring harness and connect the harness retainers. (2) [4x]
  7. Engine Wiring Harness Battery Lead Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Wiring Harness Terminal (3) - Install

  9. Engine Wiring Harness Ground Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  10. Position the wiring harness and connect the harness retainers. (1) [3x]

    Wiring Harness Terminal (3) - Install [2x]

  12. Position the wiring harness and connect the harness retainers. (2) [2x]
  13. Engine Wiring Harness Ground Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Inlet Hose (3) @ Battery Charger - Install

  15. Retainer (2) - Engage
  16. Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Coolant Extension Secondary Hose Clip (1) - Install

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Inlet Hose (4) @ Battery Charger - Install

  18. Retainer (3) - Engage
  19. Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Clamp (2) - Install [2x]
  20. Retainer (1) - Install

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Inlet Hose Bracket (2) - Reposition

  22. Drive Motor Battery Charger Inlet Hose Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (3) - Reposition

  24. Engine Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Install
  25. Engine Wiring Harness Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Battery Positive and Negative Cable Bolt (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  27. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Install
  28. Connect the electrical connector. (1)

  32. Drive Motor Battery Charger Module Relay Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

  40. High Voltage Connector (3) - Connect
  41. Electrical Connector (2) - Connect

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Coolant Inlet Secondary Hose Bracket (2) - Install

  44. Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Coolant Inlet Secondary Hose Clip Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Position the high voltage harness.

  46. Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

  48. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Pyro Switch Nut (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Trim Finish Compartment Support (2) - Install

  51. Front Trim Finish Compartment Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  52. Connect the wiring harness retainers.

  55. Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
  56. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling (RWL) , or Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling (XFD)
