Installation Procedure

Rear Window (2) - Install - Adhesive Installation of Liftgate Windows

NOTE:
DO NOT perform any of the following steps until the rear window has been cured for a minimum of 2 hours.

NOTE:
- Left side shown, right side similar.
- Ensure the clip is fully seated when the rod is reinstalled. If the clip cannot be fully seated, a new rod should be installed.
With the aid of two assistants, install the left and right side of the liftgate power assist actuators (1).
First install the liftgate end of the liftgate power assist actuators (1) and then install the body side.
Install the 2 metal clips to each end of the liftgate power assist actuators (1).

Liftgate power assist actuator harness grommet - Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]
Electrical Connector - Left Side and Right Side (1) - Connect [2x]

Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel - Left Side and Right Side (3) - Install

CAUTION:

Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt - Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt Cap (1) - Install [2x]

Luggage Shade (1) - Install
Fold the rear seat to the full upward position.

Rear End Spoiler (1) - Install
Connect the electrical connectors.

Rear End Spoiler Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Rear End Spoiler Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

Connect the 2 connectors (1) to the rear window defogger.
