Feedback System Check: Notes

  1. Remove ECM from instrument main panel. Connect couplers to ECM. Do not disconnect coupler from ECM if connected.
  2. Start and warm engine to normal operating temperature. Keep at idle. Connect voltmeter between terminals No. 4 (oxygen sensor signal) and No. 9 (ground).
  3. If voltmeter indicator deflects between zero volts and .8 volts while racing engine at between 1500 and 2000 RPM, feed back system is in good condition.
