Window Motor: Removal

  1. Remove power window regulator. See WINDOW REGULATOR  . Install a pan head sheet metal tapping screw through the sector gear and the backing plate at the hole provided to lock sector gear into position.
  2. Drill out the motor to regulator attaching rivets.
  3. Remove motor from regulator.
