TCS Modulator/Motor Pack Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Turn TCS modulator/motor pack assembly upside-down. Remove the 6 Torx head screws attaching gear cover to bottom of TCS modulator/motor pack assembly.
  2. Remove 4 Torx head screws attaching motor pack to TCS modulator. Remove motor pack. DO NOT drop motor pack. If motor pack is dropped, replacement is necessary. If TCS modulator is being replaced, ensure gears are installed in same location on replacement TCS modulator. See ABS/TCS MODULATOR GEARS .
