Vehicle Speed Sensor: Installation

Apply lubricant to the VSS O-ring. Install the VSS (2) into the transaxle case. See Fig 1 . Secure the VSS with the retaining bolt (1). Tighten the VSS bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Connect the VSS electrical connector. Connect the negative battery cable.
